Dr. Lou was voted Hill Country Best Eye Doctor 2009-2019 by the Hill Country News Best of the Best. Dr. Lou received his bachelor's from the University of Texas in 1997 and his doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2001. Additionally, Dr. Lou has an optometric glaucoma specialist license.
Dr. Lou's awards include being named one of "America's Top Optometrists" by the Consumers Research Council of America. Dr. Lou has extensive training in treating eye diseases, prescribing eyewear to match your lifestyle, fitting specialty contact lenses, and managing surgeries such as Cataracts and LASIK. Dr. Lou has done optometric mission work in Lithuania, Nicaraugua, and Mexico. His hobbies include tennis, basketball, movie-watching, and travelling as he has been to over 20 countries. He has been happily married for 19 years. He has a 13 year-old son, a 10 year-old daughter, an 8 year-old son, and a 1 year-old puppy. |
